Property People offer a dedicated property management service that takes away the day to day hassles of controlling the tenancy and allows you, as a landlord, to rest assured knowing your property is in the hands of professionals.

This service includes

• Property inspection
• Preparation to let, advice
• Marketing brochure page preparation, including multi photos
• Local and international marketing via our professional website
• Accompanied viewings
• Lease preparation and signing
• Condition report preparation.
• Rental collection, net amount transferred to landlord monthly
• Deposit held (one months rental)
• Intermediate property inspection (After three months)
• Exit Inspection
• On going property maintenance and cleaning at cost plus basis.

Fees:

Finders fee of first months rent.

A 10% charge is deducted monthly from the total rental received.

The remainder of rent is paid into the landlords specified account within seven days of receipt.

Any maintenance or cleaning services carried out on the property will be carried out once we have the landlords consent- an admin fee will apply

Let only service

This service is for the landlord who prefers to personally manage their property and tenant.  In this situation we will find you a tenant and organise the lease signing.  Once the tenancy begins we will hand over the control to the landlord who will take care of the management of the property for the remainder of the lease.

Fees:

Finders Fee equal to first months rent which is retained once received from the tenant.
